This is M193 spec 5.56x45 ammo. Prvi Partizan didn’t make it for the U.S. Armed Forces, but it’s fundamentally the same stuff as what you’d find at any Army rifle range. The stenciling on the ammo can describes the full metal jacket boat tail projectile as “inert,” but that just means it doesn’t contain explosives. All 55 grains of it are made of lead and copper alloy: it doesn’t attract a magnet.
