The AK-47 is such a beautiful rifle that you can hang one on your wall as a piece of art. Any interior designer who disagrees just hates freedom. But do you know what’s even better than looking at an AK-47? That’s right – firing it!
This 7.62x39 ammunition was manufactured in Serbia by Prvi Partizan and imported to the U.S. by Global Ordnance of Florida. The best thing about this ammo is its 123 grain projectiles. Their copper jackets and lead cores make them completely nonmagnetic, so feel free to fire them at picky commercial ranges. And while FMJs are incapable of terminal expansion, this ammo’s M67 style bullets do excel at tumbling after impact to produce wide and injurious wound channels.
Russia specializes in producing steel cases. Serbia, on the other hand, does not. This ammo’s brass cases are reliable, effective at sealing off the chamber to reduce action fouling and even reloadable. Prvi’s new production (not milsurp) ammo is loaded with non-corrosive Boxer primers that won’t make your rifle look like marine salvage without special cleaning. Those primers are also sealed for added security against water infiltration!
