It’s the Soviet Union’s take on the 9mm, made fresh by Wolf in the heart of Russia and ready to plaster a smile on your face as you’re pouring fire out of your Makarov pistol!
This round features a 92 grain full metal jacket projectile. That means it won’t do anything fancy once it finds itself inside of soft tissue, as its round nose profile and jacket don’t enable expansion. An economical FMJ supports smooth feeding and a cleaner bore as it makes its way through a semi-auto, putting it right at home at the range. Wolf’s jacket contains steel and is magnetic.
This ammo won’t do you a lick of good at a reloading bench, because its casings are made of steel instead of more supple brass. What steel does best is save its shooter money, of course, which makes this case of ammo perfect for relaxed plinking. Wolf coats their casings in polymer to help them cycle more easily, and unlike earlier lacquer treatments it is formulated to prevent melting off inside the action. Wolf’s non-corrosive Berdan primers are similarly hygienic for pistols, so no need to take extra measures during the cleaning phase!
This ammo is not compatible with 9mm/9mm Luger/9x19 firearms.
