Technically speaking, an AK-47 is capable of firing 180 rounds of 7.62x39mm in just 18 seconds (that’s assuming you’re firing an automatic model with some kind of super-sized drum magazine, of course). But if you don’t plan on blowing through this package of ammo in the same amount of time it would take to eat a graham cracker, no worries! It’s packaged in a convenient plastic field box, so you can confidently set it aside until you’re darn good and ready to enjoy yourself some target practice.
Ammo Inc. did not actually produce this ammo. That honor belongs to Prvi Partizan, a reputable old manufacturer headquartered in Serbia. Don’t let the cartridge’s M67 designation throw you for a loop. It’s just modern ball ammo, loaded with 123 grain nonmagnetic full metal jacket projectiles. No steel. No expansion. A no-brainer if you’re taking aim at paper. PPU’s reliable ammo features virgin brass cases, sealed noncorrosive Boxer primers, and a muzzle velocity of around 2,460 fps when fired through a 24” barrel.
