How does the Xtreme Defender do it? When its precision-machined grooves engage with soft tissue, they pressurize it before blasting it outward at extremely high velocity. Its unique design enables the Xtreme Defender to inflict a permanent wound cavity that is up to twice as wide in diameter than a JHP, as well as penetrate to a depth of up to 18 inches!

The Xtreme Defender’s design offers even more performance advantages. It cannot foul the barrel with lead residue. It cannot lose its capacity for terminal expansion when its hollow point nose cavity clogs up with debris, because it hasn’t got a nose cavity.
