Looking for lead-free 350 Legend hunting ammo? Then you’ve come to the right site. Barnes loads their VOR-TX series deer-dropper with their very own 170 grain TSX – a bullet which supplies the accuracy, weight retention and terminal expansion which can turn any hunting excursion into a smashing success.
Several aspects of the TSX make it a precision projectile. Its flat base gives propellant an even surface to push against. Its pressure-relieving grooves minimize bearing surface and reduce the amount of fouling that accumulates on the rifling. Its streamlined profile helps the TSX conserve more downrange momentum, and its 100% copper construction means it lacks a jacket that could have some minute flaw in its concentricity which might have thrown the bullet off balance.
The TSX’s monolithic design makes core/jacket separation impossible. Alongside copper’s inherent toughness, that assures the bullet remain intact, retain its weight and conserve its momentum as it enters deeply into its target. The TSX’s hollow point does not trigger conventional terminal expansion. The bullet doubles its diameter by unfurling four razor-like petals that scrape out an exceedingly effective wound channel. This ammo is brass-cased, reloadable and made in Utah, and it can easily become yours with fast shipping!
