This polymer tipped bullet’s flat nose profile is perfect for lever-action rifles and enhanced to promote rapid terminal expansion at velocities as low as 900 fps (a speed which this round exceeds until about 256 yards).
After it connects with its prey, the Sub-X’s Flex Tip smashes into the lead core’s nose cavity. Expansion is heavily controlled by the tip’s long, evenly spaced out notches, and weight retention is ensured by the Sub-X’s InertLock ring and deep-set toothed cannelure.
