Details

Deep penetration. Devastating expansion. Zero lead. This 9mm cartridge from Barnes’ VOR-TX line of ammunition will perfectly accompany any self-defense handgun thanks to the power of its 115 grain XPB bullet!

The XPB is a monolithic hollow point bullet. Instead of a lead core with a copper jacket, it is made entirely out of copper. This helps the XPB keep a handgun’s barrel cleaner, and it promotes even better accuracy as the bullet lacks a jacket which could exhibit some flaw in its concentricity.

But the XPB really begins to impress once it strikes its target. Its rugged copper body won’t fragment or shatter apart, even if it has to defeat a barrier before reaching the threat. As the result the XPB retains virtually all of the weight it needs to penetrate clean through to the vital organs. As the XPB penetrates its target, it sticks out multiple claw-like cutting petals, each of which gouges a devastating wound channel into the threat. It’s not pretty, but you’re not defending your life for aesthetic purposes.

This round’s lead-free hollow point bullet is seated in a new brass case, with a reliable primer and clean-burning powder to set things in motion. Made in Utah by one of the world’s leading authorities on copper bullets!

A: Thank you for reaching out Jesus! Sounds like your firearm is not rated for 9mm +P ammo. Fortunately, this particular ammo is 9mm, not 9mm +P. It should function correctly in your firearm!
