Details
When you buy a race horse, you give it a good diet of whatever horses like. Similarly, when you buy a suppressor, you should give it ammo that it likes. This 7.62x51mm cartridge was made by Serbs to give your rifle the quietest report it can shout out, because it is subsonic.
This round’s 200 grain bullet is a little too beefy to come out of the muzzle at the speed it would take to break the sound barrier. A suppressor can do even better when it doesn’t have a supersonic crack to muffle. This round’s bullet may have a little less push behind it, but its boat tail works to keep its trajectory flatter as it goes downrange.
Prvi Partizan has been around for a long time. Took a licking in WWII, and even outlasted the country it was founded in. They pulled it off in part by making good ammo for the civilian market. This cartridge has America’s preferred Boxer primer, a reloadable brass casing, and is consistently loaded to provide the subsonic muzzle velocity that is its main selling point. We think you’re going to like it.
