Details
Are you going to take your 244 Valkyrie modular sniper rifle out in pursuit of the mighty whitetail? Then you’ve found exactly the ammo you need to make your hunt a success. This cartridge from Federal’s Fusion MSR line of ammunition features a 90 grain soft point projectile with a jacket that has been molecularly fused to its pressure formed core. That makes it not only exceedingly accurate, but further able to retain virtually all of its weight as it penetrates and widens within your quarry.
This cartridge’s strong brass casing has a colored iris which visibly demonstrates that its shoulder has been properly annealed. It is loaded with propellant that optimizes performance out of an average length MSR barrel, and further produces a subtle flash which won’t render you useless after firing your first shot during a night hunt. If your rifle operates via a free-floating firing pin, then you’ll certainly appreciate how this round’s primer has been optimized to work in conjunction with it.
