Federal designed their High Over All series shotshells for elite target shooting competitors and enthusiasts. But there is no need to send us a video of you shooting a perfect round of trap – we’ll ship these high-grade Minnesota-made 12 Gauge target loads to anyone who demands superior shot-to-shot consistency.
This shell’s #7.5 shot pellets boast high antimony content. The heavy metal fortifies lead so it becomes too rigid to become significantly deformed under pressure, thus assuring the shot pellets conserve the round profiles they require to pattern efficiently. This shell also features Federal’s Podium wad, which compresses under pressure to fulfill two purposes: provide even greater protection against shot deformation, and mitigate felt recoil.
Federal’s High Over All series shotshells are loaded with snappy primers and even-burning powder. Once those two components have ignited, they leave behind an excellent reloadable hull. It accepts a great many types of wads, and its pure brass head is far easier to reform than any brass-plated steel equivalent.
