Details
Well, well, well, well, well! Looks like you’re in need of some 410 Bore slug ammo – and it also looks like you’ve come to just the right place. We’ve got Sterling’s Turkish-made .410 cal sluggers in stock and ready to roll out, so you can shoot targets with your shotgun or 45/410 revolver til your little heart’s content!
This may be a slug load, but it’s certainly not slow like a slug. The 1/4 ounce projectile clears a long gun’s barrel at a velocity of ~1,542 fps, which means you can anticipate decent striking energy within the 410’s entire effective range. The solid lead slug is rifled, so you can count on it to reliably pass through a choke, although its lack of a nose cavity does mean it won’t expand after impact.
This shell’s wad is made of plastic and possesses a ring-shaped midsection. It compresses during ignition to limit the amount of recoil you’ll have to sit through. Sterling’s state-of-the-art production facility does not load corrosive primers. That means no rust to worry about after the dust has settled.
