Do you suffer from the medical condition known as don’t-got-no-410-bore-ammo-itis? You have our sympathy, but we would much rather give you the cure instead. Veteran Ammo provides these handy little shells so anyone can go target shooting or take a crack at game!
This 2-1/2” shell is packing a 1/4 ounce slug – a single, solid lead projectile. It may not weigh much, but that just means it’s poised to erupt out of a shotgun’s barrel at a brisk rate of 1,500 fps. At that rate the slug’s going to strike a close-range target with over 500 ft lbs of kinetic energy, which would certainly prove more than sufficient for self-defense applications.
Regardless of whether your 45 LC/410 Bore revolver has 2-1/2” chambers or longer, it’s going to fire this ammo just fine. The shells’ tapered rims make feeding more efficient, and their noncorrosive primers won’t rust up your gear. Made in Turkey, provided by Veteran Ammo of Florida.

Q: I have .410 single shot break open shotgun with a 3” chamber, can I still shoot these 2 1/2” shells?
Posted On: 6/6/2023 By: Eric
A: Thanks for reaching out Eric! A shotgun chamber can safely accommodate a shell of equal or lesser length. If you've got a 3" chamber, then you can fire both the 3" and the 2.5" hulls.
