You try to be considerate and pick up your spent hulls whenever you go bird hunting. Of course, you can’t fully contain all of that plastic waste – you’re not going diving when hulls fall in the water, and no one has the patience to sniff out all their fired wads. But when you hunt with BioAmmo, you don’t have to do a thing to avoid creating plastic litter!
This 12 Gauge shell’s wad and tube are both made out of BioAmmo’s proprietary biopolymer. This material is strong and every bit as reliable as plastic, but it is also made out of plants. If you leave biopolymer outdoors, it will take microorganisms only a couple of years to break it down into its nontoxic chemical components.
This shell is loaded with BioAmmo’s #7 steel shot. Like the wad and hull, it too is nontoxic, so you’re free to fire it around waterways and other sensitive environments. BioAmmo’s spherical shot, consistent primers and powder charges, and high-quality petaled wads all ensure reliable performance as you’re bagging the bird of the day!
BioAmmo shotshells are safe to store in normal climactic conditions for a minimum of five years.
