Your mission – should you choose to accept it – is to get your beautiful self and your beautiful 12 Gauge shotgun to the range pronto and start making it rain clay fragments. We cannot personally drive you to the range, because we’re helping our brother-in-law move later today, but we can ship you a case of sweet Minnesota-made target ammo!
This ammo is made by Estate Cartridge. They’re not as famous as Federal Premium, but they’re owned by the same company and their factory is situated just down the road. It’s good stuff, loaded with full 1-1/8 ounce charges of #8 lead shot that does wonders for all kinds of conventional target shooting. Heck, shoot upland game with this ammo too, if you want. What – are the quails going to tell you that you shouldn’t hunt them with target ammo? No. They can’t do that, because they’re quails.
This is a 3 dram shell. That just means its chamber pressure is high enough to reliably cycle a semi-automatic shotgun. These shells’ steel-capped plastic hulls are also hardy enough to be handloaded!
