Details
Sterling ammunition is made by Turaç – an ISO 9001 certified Turkish company that first opened its doors in 1987. These shotshells are suitable for all 12 Gauge shotguns, and they make a dandy choice whether you’re taking aim at large birds in the field or overripe produce in your backyard plinking range.
This shotshell is loaded with a heavy charge of #4 lead shot: 1-3/16 ounces, which translates to approximately 160 individual pellets total. The softer lead pellets will deform as they plunge into soft tissue, thus accentuating the damage they inflict to a living target.
This 2-3/4” shell’s clean-burning powder gives its shot column a muzzle velocity of 1,295 fps. You’ll notice more recoil than you would have if you’d fired a run-of-the-mill target shell, but it’s well worth it when you’re hunting turkey and want a little extra stopping powder.
Sterling’s ammunition is new production and noncorrosive. No need to worry about rust destroying your favorite shotgun!
