We’ll give you one guess as to where Stars and Stripes ammunition is made. If you said Italy, you win a cigar! Cheddite Italia was founded in the coastal town of Livorno back in 1901, and today they import reliable and versatile 20 Gauge ammo to the U.S. – just like what you see here!
This round’s 7/8 ounce shot column is the heaviest you’re allowed to have by official trap and sporting clays associations’ rule books. #7.5 shot is optimal for target shooting. It is also widely regarded as exceptional for dove, but it’s just as good for flattening other upland birds in addition to yard pests. Cheddite’s hard and round shot pellets equal predictably dense patterns!
A Stars and Stripes shell is loaded with modern low-fouling powder, as well as the non-corrosive primer which doesn’t invite rust into your shotgun. Once you have blasted all 250 of these shells’ contents at your targets of choice, you’ll have 250 good hulls to handload.
