Fiocchi was started in Lecco, Italy in 1876 and eventually around the turn of the century, was out of the firearms manufacturing business and firmly in the ammunition production that they are famous for now. Perfecta is a collaboration with TULA (The Russian based TULAMMO), where Fiocchi produces a value line of ammunition sometimes using brass in the place of copper on jackets/plated surfaces, and TULAMMO imports and distributes the ammunition in the U.S.A.
