This 45 ACP cartridge is provided by Colt to let you save money while you’re having fun putting the hurting to targets at the range. Its casing is made of budget-friendly steel rather than copper-laden brass, which drives its price tag way down low without compromising reliable performance. This round’s Russian manufacturer took the added step of plating its casing with zinc, which not only lessens friction to ensure efficient cycling through a semi-automatic, but further guards the whole cartridge against the pernicious effects of corrosion.
This round’s 230 grain bullet wears a bimetal jacket that also makes it feed like a charm, as well as prevent the kind of lead fouling that gradually sends a pistol’s accuracy sideways. Please note that the bullet jacket’s inner layer of steel makes this round even more magnetic than its casing alone could have accomplished.
The box that these rounds come in has a pretty horsey on it.
