Details
This 9mm cartridge features Speer’s state of the art Gold Dot G2 projectile. The bullet begins as an alloyed lead core, to which a thin layer of copper is applied via the proprietary Uni-Cor electrochemical process. As the result the jacket is exceptionally concentric to promote gyroscopic stability in flight, and furthermore nigh inseparable from its core even if the bullet must pass through an obstinate barrier on its way to its target.
The G2’s core is pressure formed for additional durability, and features integral fissures. They are important because on impact they fill with the pliant elastomer in the G2’s shallow nose cavity, forcing the bullet apart into a symmetrical array of petals that do exceptional damage. Want to be confident in your EDC’s takedown power? Give it Gold Dot G2 bullets to work with.
This cartridge offers a low friction nickel plated brass casing, which works to make sure a jam won’t compromise your ability to stand your ground. A sensitive CCI Boxer primer and high grade propellant add even greater reliability to so fine a cartridge.
