It’s okay if you don’t actually work for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization -- you can still fire the same 9mm cartridge that they use to...organize treaties? We’re not sure exactly what they do. We only care about ammo here.
This 9mm round’s NATO designation simply means that it has got a little more juice than your plain Jane Luger round, about 100 fps faster out of the muzzle. It’s a great solution for training owing to its 124 grain FMJ projectile, a balanced weight for its caliber and one which will keep your weapon’s bore happier by keeping it unadulterated by lead residue. This isn’t the round you’d most want for self-defense, but you’d certainly want it more than nothing.
Magtech’s expertly drawn brass casing, sensitive small pistol primer, and clean burning propellant are all very nice features for so affordable a box of ammunition to have. Go show some targets who’s the boss! (You.)
