Are you getting wicked serious about target shooting? Then set the FMJ loads aside and reach for what the pros use: Federal Tactical TRU. This ammo’s designed for police officers. It says so right on the case. But there ain’t no reason why you can’t own it, too!

This cartridge features the MatchKing hollow point boat tail by Sierra. It has been used to win more competitive shooting events than all other manufacturers’ bullets put together, and it owes that hair-splitting accuracy to several features. Its thin jacket, which is drawn to a concentricity standard of 0.0003 in max variation. Its small hollow point meplat, which cuts down on drag alongside its sweeping profile and fully jacketed boat tail base. Its carefully standardized weight, which is why no bullet in this case of 500 rounds weighs less than 68.7 grains and no more than 69.3 gains. It all blends together to provide a G1 0.306/G7 0.154 ballistic coefficient!

The MatchKing may be super accurate, but it’s not designed for terminal expansion. Save it for the range and you’ll be happy.

This ammo features extra strong brass cases that withstand high pressure and make excellent handloading components. Its propellant is low flash, so you’ll still be able to see what you’re aiming at if you’re shooting in low light.
