Forget about ordering ten 50-round boxes of 5.56x45 ammo. Order a single 500-round box instead!
This is Winchester’s USA series ammo: essentially identical to the stuff our troops fire at the range and in the field. Each M193 spec cartridge is loaded with a 55 grain full metal jacket projectile – just a lead core with a hard copper shell that promotes smooth functionality and clean-shooting performance in any semi-auto. Look as hard as you like: you will not find any steel in Winchester’s nonmagnetic .22 cal bullets. Don’t expect terminal expansion from the FMJ, though. Its solid point design prohibits it.
This newly produced ammo is loaded with noncorrosive military-grade Boxer primers, as well as virgin brass cases (with primer crimps). Like all true military-grade brass, this ammo’s cases weren’t polished up after they were heat treated at the factory. They may not look as shiny as other commercial brass, but they are assuredly brand new and reloadable.
