Details
We’ve got nothing against buying a few boxes of 7.62x51 whenever you happen to need them. But why stop at the store every time you want to go to the range when you could just have a whole case of 7.62x51 delivered directly to your doorstep?
You’re going to want to check out this Czech-made ammo. It’s produced by Sellier & Bellot and loaded with classic M80-spec 147 grain FMJ projectiles, making it a versatile solution for everything from plinking to tactical training to actual tactical applications. (The FMJ won’t expand inside its target during terminal penetration, so it’s not ideal for deer hunting, but ammo like this is frequently used during combat.) Importantly, Sellier & Bellot doesn’t load magnetic projectiles, so you’re free to fire this ammo at your ranges of choice.
These are brass-cased rounds, and they’re not reloads. You can count on them to reliably weave in and out of a semi-auto’s chamber, and their non-corrosive primers won’t deposit harmful residues inside of your rifle. These are also linked cartridges, making them optimal for a firearm like the M240-series machine gun; but if you want to load them in magazines, you’ll be able to free them from their links with relatively little effort.
