You don’t have to a be a veteran to order Veteran Ammo. You just need to be able to think of a good way to use up 500 rounds of American-made 9mm ammunition. And let’s be honest – there are much harder things to do than that!
This is a light load, with the 115 grain projectile that secures an accurate, horizontal trajectory and a sharp cracking report on ignition. The bullet is your standard FMJ, with a lead core and gilding metal jacket that are both incapable of attracting a magnet. Obviously any ammo is better for self-defense than no ammo at all, but unless it’s an emergency you’ll really want to keep this ammo’s non-expanding FMJ bullets where they belong best: the range.
Veteran Ammo is owned by firearm importer Hyperion Munitions. But the American flag on this loose-packed ammo’s box is in fact warranted, because it is manufactured in Florida. This is brass-cased ammo, with the non-corrosive Boxer primers and modern propellant it needs for cleanliness and reliability.
