600 Rounds of 7.62x51 Ammo by Sellier & Bellot - 147gr FMJ

We sell sell plenty of 500-round cases of ammunition, but we often wonder: Wouldn't 600-round cases be 20% better? Well, imagine our pleasant surprise when these lovely cases of 7.62x51 ammo by Sellier & Bellot appeared in our warehouse!

Each one of these Czech-made 7.62x51 cartridges has a 147 grain FMJ projectile, loaded to a muzzle velocity of 2,776 fps. 7.62x51 aficionados will recognize those as the M80 ball round’s specs, and they’ll be happy to see that this ammo performs nearly identically to the stuff the Army uses. Sellier & Bellot very nicely avoids putting any steel in their bullets. No part of this cartridge could attract a magnet, so you can fire away at any range you like no matter their policy on magnetic ammo.

Are you worried that Czech ammo might be corrosive? Don’t be. Sellier & Bellot only loads non-corrosive primers, so your AR-10 or 308 hunting rifle won’t be at risk of rusting up. Those are Boxer primers, specifically, which alongside their new brass cases make these rounds a superb choice for handloaders.
