Factory claims 1200 fps @ 575 ft lb, certainly adequate for most needs, worked well during my break in of my new Glock 29 using both 10 round and Glock 20 15 round mags. Runs a little dirty but I clean any gun after 500 to 600 rounds and field strip after every 1500 or so, old habit. Don't be afraid of this stuff, just spend a little more for your defense ammo. It shoots and is cheap but runs dirty, Smokey and no power. I believe about 1000 FPS. I might as well shoot my forty. I wish I could return what's left or exchange for Armscor 10mm USA which is cleaner and runs about 1250 FPS. I didn't know that before my purchase. very disappointed and bulk ammo doesn't list the FPS on either. That's misleading. (Posted on 8/28/2015)

Q: More of an observation. I would as I'm sure most people would. like to know in the ammo overview included with the information you already provide. I would like to see the estimated fps, energy foot-pounds, pressure rating +p, +p+ It would go a long way to making an informed decision. The details section does show this from time to time but it's really hit or miss. I for one won't buy ammo without knowing those annoying but necessary little details

A: Hi. We have tried to determine a good way that we can include the info you want on every caliber. Unfortunately, many manufacturers will use different testing criteria from lot to lot. Of course this will change the energy and velocity significantly. The will also use different length test barrels with will also skew the data. We do list those details for manufacturers who keep the loads identical from lot to lot. Usually any "non-standard" load such as +P or +P+ is listed as such on the product listing. I can certainly understand why this data is important, but sometimes the only option is to consult the manufacturer.
