This is a fun round offered by the Fiocchi company out of Lecco, Italy. The tracer ammunition utilizes a chemical (Cyalume) tracer facility to provide a trackable shooting experience for those who want to get help figuring out where they are missing in sporting games, or for those who are patterning for a specific activity. This is also just really fun ammunition to shoot. The bright reaction is safe to shoot and offers high visibility.
The 100 round case lot of a 10 box case of 10 rounds in each box. The round is a 2 ¾” shotshell that features a #8 shot in a ¾ ounce shot cup with a chemical tracer element in it. There are not ridiculous cleaning regimens that must be followed to use the ammunition and it is safe to shoot when you rely on common best practices for gun safety.
Despite the legality of this product in every jurisdiction as a non-incendiary ammunition, it can still be misinterpreted as a concern.
NOTE: These will not fit in a Saiga Drum magazine.
