Details
These reduced recoil buckshot loads are great for pain-free training or teaching a novice shooter to engage big game or threats at close range. Armscor loads these 12 gauge shells with nine lead pellets of 00-size buckshot; this means that each pellet has a diameter of about .330 inches. That makes these rounds highly appropriate delivering devastating energy into a target while keeping recoil to relatively manageable levels.
Each shotshell is built using a brass head fitted to a moisture-resistant hull with a strong crimp that protects the round's propellant from the elements. The round is ignited by a classic, clean-burning 209 primer which contains no corrosive metals like mercury. A 2-3/4 inch shell length grants the round compatibility with nearly any make and model of 12 gauge shotgun. As part of Armscor's Precision line, these rounds are manufactured in the Philippines and inspected for quality before being imported into the U.S.
