10 Rounds of 12ga 3" Turkey Ammo by Hornady - 1 1/2 ounce #6 heavy magnum shot

This is a specialty 12 gauge turkey load by Hornady that is best for uneven densely forested terrain where the target turkey distance is closer than it seems, but where you need to be able to get the maximum chance at landing some shot on a bird despite environmental challenges. This is a great load for the 15-30 yard shots that need extra knock down power to get through leaves and branches or through different wind channels in varying terrain. Hornady specifies that they prefer it be used with an Improved Cylinder or a Modified choke to maximize the heavy knockdown power of the #6 shot over the longer distances given the overall makeup of the round.

This is a 3 inch shell with a hefty 1 ½ ounce payload in a plastic wad with a cup full of #6 shot and a high base construction.
