25 Rounds of 12ga Ammo by Federal Blackcloud Close Range - 3" 1-1/4 ounce #2 Shot

The Close Range variant of Federal’s Black Cloud line of ammunition is designed to deliver an optimum range at 20 to 30 yards away, which is perfect for low-flying geese and ducks. This 12 Gauge shell is loaded with #2 steel shot, and comprises two types of pellets. Sixty percent are your standard hard, uniformly round .15” diameter pellets. The remainder are Federal’s own proprietary FliteStopper pellets, which have an oblong shape with a unique cutting edge spanning around their middles. These absolutely shred through coarse plumage and bird skin, giving you the edge you need in the field. These pellets are permissible to fire in areas where federal or state law has banned the use of toxic ammunition.

This shell also offers Federal’s FliteControl wad, which has a cup flared at its rear to provide consistent close range patterns. Its black nickel head fights away corrosion, and its lead-free Catalyst primer and clean burning propellant make it not only good for your action and bore, but also the sensitive environments you may fire this shell in as well.
