A 250 round case of shotgun shells in the Winchester Super-X line in 20 gauge with a rifled slug.
This is a very nice hunting or self-defense shotgun load that offers a lot for the relatively mild 20 gauge platform. The 3/4"ounce rifled slug that is loaded into this controlled flight setup offers moderate range use for a shell that can easily take a big game animal at 30-70 yards with a well-placed shot and will work well for those who need longer range or heavy stopping power in a personal defense or home protection setting. The powerful, heavy rifled slug projectile is adequate for animals up to about 500 lbs. and even beyond (depending on circumstances). The high velocity and the well-built cartridge ensures good trajectory and proper accuracy out to moderate ranges as discussed already.
This is a 1600 feet per second velocity projectile that offers massive stopping power out of the 20-gauge guns. The yellow plastic composite shells are reloadable and the high base offers adequate protection against hull deformation and allows for better functional reliability in semi autos and auto extractor setups.
