Q: Looks like Lead nose in the picture but clearly states copper plated nose?

A: Hi Doug, great question.
These are copper plated but with a black coating on them, as well. If you'll look closely on the pictures, you can see some of the natural copper color showing through. Winchester advertises them as "black copper plated." I'm not sure what that coating is, but it is probably used to increase the lubricity of the bullet and aid in feeding.
Q: Are these magnetic?

This ammunition is a standard lead projectile that does not contain any steel.
Q: description says copper plated round nose, CPRN, but picture is showing lead.
