This 500 round bulk pack of .22 Shorts from Aguila is a great, affordable way to keep your rifle running throughout many range sessions and rodent patrols! Aguila ammunition is manufactured in Mexico at facilities that were originally setup by the Remington Arms Company. The use of top tier components and 50 years of experience have earned Aguila a wonderful reputation for quality.
As such, these .22 caliber rimfire cartridges are primed using the Eley method for a sensitive mixture that will reliably ignite no matter the size of the firing pin nor angle of impact. Each cartridge propels a 29 grain projectile at 1,095 feet-per-second for subsonic performance which can be fired through a suppressor with hearing safe discharge. The round nose projectile is copper-washed to reduce the amount of lead residue which gets spread into the air and left behind in the firearm. In addition, the bullet exhibits impressive accuracy due to its elongated midsection which grabs more rifling resulting in greater spin stability.
