These purpose-built cartridges feature Nosler's Ballistic Tip, a precise polymer-tipped hollow point bullet with a thin jacket packed with fragmenting copper that's sure to put down any pests you hit without overpenetrating.
These cartridges are designed to work with a 1-12" twist barrel rifling; each one fires a light 40 grain bullet at a high muzzle velocity of 3,625 feet per second for more immediate fragmentation.
Nosler ammo is made in Bend, Oregon using non-corrosive Boxer primers. Founded in 1948, Nosler is a widely respected manufacturer of hunting bullets and loaded ammo and has recently taken their engineering expertise into the custom rifle industry!
