Details

The true “tack driver” is a coveted cartridge in the shooting world, and Remington’s Premier Match line of ammunition is designed to deliver just that. With its match grade bullet and host of other performance enhancing features, Premier Match ammunition is poised to render the tack hammer altogether obsolete. (Maybe don’t try it at work, however -- rifles are seldom approved by OSHA for use at job sites.)

This 223 Rem cartridge by Remington features a 77 grain bullet, which is toward the top of the spectrum of bullet weights available in the caliber. The bullet features a boat tail, which stabilizes its trajectory to increase its accuracy substantially. That tapered base has also made this bullet easier to assemble, so it is far less likely to have sustained a little scratch in the factory that would have minutely -- but perceptibly -- affected its performance. With its hollow point, this is a bullet just as suited for taking varmints as it is for target shooting, as it will mushroom within a soft target to take it down fast.

With its non-corrosive Boxer primed brass casing, this round offers considerable value to the capable handloader as well. As much as we’d like to have you order another shipment soon, we confess that these 200 rounds will have you contented for a very long time!
