This Hornady 150 grain This 308 ammo is some of the best I’ve used. If you’re a hunter, then look no further, because this is not only accurate, but it is the perfect ammo for hunting. Hornady has always been one of my favorites for hunting. The price is incredible and the accuracy is spot on. I highly recommend this ammo to anyone shooting 308. Went to the range and was spraying these all over the paper. The range Marshall said I was the third guy that morning using these with accuracy problems. He recommended switching ammo and I was dead on with no adjustments. (Posted on 11/5/2018)

Of about 10 varieties of ammo I've tried in my Ruger American, accuracy is better than most in the 147-165 grain range, and as good or better than various "match" rounds, shooting .5 to .75 MOA groups at 100 and 200 yards. Factoring terminal performance with accuracy, I'll use this for deer hunting this season. (Posted on 9/18/2015)

I bought this ammo to shoot hogs. I have an AR10 and was shooting Hornady 150 gn SST ammo zeroed at 200 yards. With this ammo it is right on at 100 yards. So I can shoot the SST at the range at long distance targets and switch to American Whitetail ammo for hunting hogs and don't have to adjust my scope. Feeds reliably in my weapon and puts the hogs down with one shot. (Posted on 1/27/2015)
