The .375 H&H Magnum round is loaded with a 300-grain DGX-bonded bullet. The DGX round is a soft point projectile designed to expand 1.5 to 2 times its original diameter for maximal damage after impact. The round has a copper and steel jacket bonded to a lead core, which allows for a controlled expansion after penetration while preserving as much weight as possible by preventing the separation of jacket and core. This ultimately ensures the round will crush through bone and other dense tissue when you’re hunting big game. These .375 H&H Magnum rounds are loaded into boxer-primed, noncorrosive, reloadable brass cases and are capable of a muzzle velocity of 2530 FPS--while maintaining a velocity of 1256 FPS at 500 yards.
