The notched jacket starts and controls expansion, providing barrier penetration but still has enough power to stop an assailant. A: No sir, I regret that we haven't presently got any 38 Special in stock. We always update our website with any new ammo we get in our warehouse within hours, so I hope you'll check back in again soon.
