The Silver Bear 45acp works great in my Colt Series 70 & 80, plus my Taurus Millennium G2, compact. No FTF or FTE in 300 Rds. It stays in the black at twenty yards. (Posted on 11/13/2016)

Shame on me for running a cheap ammo through my HK45. For one, this is the dirtiest ammo I have ever shot, period. The gun starts to get gummed up pretty quickly. Any bulk ammo will struggle with accuracy, but the inconsistency is maddening. I always finish my time at the range with a match grade ammo and the accuracy difference is real. My biggest complaint is that this ammo struggles to properly cycle my handgun. The gun fails to go into battery regularly with this ammo - to the tune of one malfunction per 10 round magazine. I have put 1k rounds of the American Eagle through this gun with zero malfunctions. This ammo comes at a great price but it's just a bit too cheap for my taste.

Pros: every round went boom, great price
Cons: didn't fully cycle my gun way too regularly, exceedingly dirty ammo. (Posted on 10/10/2016)

I should have read the reviews for this ammo, but I didn't and I instantly regret it . this was the worst thing I ever ran in my gun from the very first shot it jammed the gun. wont let my gun cycle all the way , and I have a very good gun a CZ97bd . that gun has never jammed when I run federal or any type of high quality ammo . I bought 500 rounds of Silver Bear .45ACP when it got to a really good price. It's Russian ammo, so I was expecting a few duds here and there. Hadn't used it before so I didn't know what to expect. Worst money I've ever spent on ammo. This stuff should have a "BUYER BEWARE" tag. Absolute garbage. I'm a Marine as well as LEO, and I was shooting this SB through a Glock 21, which to that point, I had NEVER had a misfire with. In a 13rnd mag, I'd have to recharge the gun about every 5-7 shots because of a mushy trigger during firing. Absolute garbage ammo. Shot an entire box of American Eagle in the middle of its disaster just for reference, and 50rnds, not one problem. Not sure what powder the Russians are using, or in what quantity, but this ammo, in a word, sucks. Worst money I've spent in awhile. (Posted on 9/16/2016)

While it's a good price my H&K did not like this ammo. About every third round FTF. It was very dirty as well. I have heard a lot of things about this ammo most of it negative but I could have dealt with the grim but not with so many issues. (Posted on 11/24/2015)

After about 50 rounds, my XDS begins to jam, the trigger doesn't reset, one time it jammed so bad, I could not eject the shell until several manual attempt. Very dirty also. No problems with my Colt Combat Commander though. (Posted on 9/21/2014)

I ran 500 rounds through my new sig 1911 all in one day great price for bulk ammunition only one FTF only because my firearm was over lubed up and was extremely dirty . I defiantly am looking forward to buying more from bulk ammo.com. I would highly recommend this site. (Posted on 12/6/2012)
