The man, the myth, the legend, John Moses Browning, is known all over and through time for designing military small arms, heavy duty weapon systems, and various rounds for the weaponry he designed and built. One of his most iconic caliber designs overall, and his number one pistol caliber design, is the .45 ACP or Automatic Colt Pistol round. It is regarded among hand gunners as a highly effective combat pistol cartridge. Many handguns and sub-machine guns have been added to the 45 ACP family and chambered in this tough pistol cartridge since John Moses Browning brought it to life in 1905. There are multiple variations on the caliber market right now, including many different +P variants, the 45 Super, 45 GAP (Glock Auto Pistol), and the 45 Auto Rim of course. The .45 ACP has also been loaded with multiple bullet designs and grain weights.
The Fiocchi Canned Heat 45 ACP 230 grain Full Metal Jacket loads are encased in thick copper jackets and have a one-piece lead core within. These bullets are loaded into new, reloadable, high-polished, non-corrosive Boxer primed, classic brass cases. These have a subsonic muzzle velocity of 860-feet per second, and they have an impressive muzzle energy of 377-foot pounds. These 500 round cases of .45 ACP are prepared to go to the range in Fiocchi's tough Canned Heat packaging, with 50 rounds in each can, and 10 cans total. With the prices we are offering, you can stock multiple cans of this hard-hitting ammo without breaking the bank and go out for a day of shooting your fine 1911 pistol.
