The Israeli Defense Forces uses IMI for their supply of artillery, tanks, and ammunition. This case of 1200 rounds of M193 ammo is of excellent quality that is required by NATO forces all over the world. Each cartridge is made using new Boxer-primed brass casings, so they are non-corrosive and reloadable. M193 ammo is made for the 5.56x45mm platform and is not recommended for .223 Rem rated rifles.

The US Army designated the M16A1 the standard service rifle in 1969. M193 ammo was the original military grade cartridge used in M16 rifles for service use and features a 55 grain full metal jacket projectile with an effective range of 500 yards. 5.56x45mm ammo is an example of the world's trend to replace larger, heavier ammunition with lighter loads with comparable or improved ballistics.

A: Good to hear from you Brooks! This is nonmagnetic ammo, as its bullets contain only lead cores and gilding metal jackets. Just take care to avoid 5.56 with steel cases – as well as M855 spec 5.56 – and you should always be fine!
