It’s hard to knock the XM193 5.56x45mm FMJNT ammo by Federal American Eagle. In fact it’s perennially one of the bestselling ammunition SKU’s in America.

Most shooters can instantly identify the round if they’ve shot it even once, because typically, the performance and experience is well above average and the price is below the competition from a lot of other brands. This is a 55 grain full metal jacket boat tail projectile that moves out of the bore at 3165 feet per second.
