A: Yes sir! It's not match grade brass by any standard, but it is perfectly serviceable for handloading.

A: Hello Ebern! You will likely find slightly more variation in these rounds' exact bullets weights as compared to match grade, American-made ammo, but Sellier & Bellot still makes pretty consistent bullets all the same.
