The grain weight of this FMJ projectile is 123 grains. The muzzle velocity per PMC is listed as 2350 fps with a muzzle energy of 1495 ft. lbs.
Q: Does this ammo have a steel core?

These 123gr. FMJ rounds by PMC in 7.62x39 have a lead core, copper jacket, and a brass case. They do not have any steel in them and do not attract a magnet. You can shoot them at a range that does not allow magnetic rounds.
