Details
This Magtech 9mm is loaded with a 95 grain jacketed soft point projectile. It is housed in a reloadable brass casing with a boxer primer. It was tested from a four inch barrel and came out of the muzzle at a blazing 1345 feet per second, which is made possible by its light for caliber weight of 95 grains. Due to its high rate of speed it is capable of generating 382 foot pounds of energy. This ammunition is very accurate, and reliable as the industry has come to expect from Magtech.
Due to its light bullet weight, it could be a great round to choose for someone sensitive to recoil that a heavier bullet, such as a 124 or 147 grain projectile tends to generate. With a soft point projectile, it can be used for not only target practice, but hunting, or even possibly self defense. While a hollow point in is usually a better option for self defense, this soft point light weight bullet design could be a viable option for both practice and defense.
Magtech has facilities in Brazil, Czech Republic, Germany and the United States. These locations pump out and distribute around 1 billion rounds of ammunition per year. This stunning feat is made possible by employing more than 3000 people.
