Very sturdy product. Many straps (velcros and buckles) for a custom fit. I suggest watching a video of how to properly adjust drop leg holsters. At first the belt loop strap would unvelcro, but once fixed no problems great product. (Posted on 1/28/2015)

Works extremely well with my XD45 Tactical. Easily would adjust for light/laser. Dual leg straps appear high quality. Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet but feel it will work great securing my 45 while hunting up in the mountains. Only slight complaint is the metal snap seems too easy to pop open. Like everything about this holster EXCEPT the snap holding the gun in. Unlike other reviews the holster I received had a fairly loose fitting snap. Pops too easily in my opinion. But with the 2nd strap holding the gun in I'm hoping for good luck. Will be testing it out hunting in Arizona. This rig is awesome for having a good time with my buddy's on the weekend. I holster a beretta M9A1 with a light on the rail. Got one for my buddy that holsters his S&W XD with a light on it. Overall the holster is a great piece of equipment.

The elastic leg bands seem to be better than average construction, though not field tested yet. The band connections are reassuringly heavy duty also, as is the product in general. The belt anchor system is very stiff, good thing to help prevent bouncing as one runs.

The gun holster has an adjustable option to accommodate multiple handgun sizes and shapes. Personally I wouldn't attempt a shorter barrel or snub nose revolver in this holster, as its general shape resembles semi-auto handguns, but in a pinch it would suffice short term. There are two separate strap systems that wrap over the back of the gun and snap it in place.

The button snaps on these straps are monsters. It sounded almost like an old toy cap gun going off when I used them. This just means that while wearing this holster it feels like one could tumble down a mountain side, Chris Farley style, scraping by every tree and rock to the bottom, and still have their handgun securely fastened in place if they needed it when they stopped.

The flipside of that coin is that if you need the weapon available immediately, the straps cannot be used. The holster is padded so that a handgun is firmly squeezed into the padding, but it can and will fall out while running or during a tumble if the straps aren't engaged. In this respect, and with the sound being a huge giveaway in quiet situations, the straps could be improved on.

The weapon clicks in and stays put with no effort, an removes just as easily. The molle made attaching a couple of mag holders a cinch. It allows me a choice of which handgun I choose to carry and it allows me to draw from a natural arms length position. I don't need to fumble reaching in my waistband, belt, or pocket. This holster is freaking amazing! When I first opened it, I took it completely down and opened it up flat. I took my Taurus 24/7 and formed the holster around it. I then took it down flat again, and formed it around my Ruger 4" revolver. It fit perfectly, even though it says "not for use with revolvers."
