Details
Don’t spend all day ordering M19A1 and M2A1 ammo cans separately. Make the big brain move: order both at the same time! Blackhawk has packaged their brand new milspec .30 caliber ammo can inside a brand new milspec .50 caliber ammo can. That’s double the ammo storage fun!
How much ammo storage fun, you ask? If you’re packing your ammo loose, you can put 1,200 rounds of 5.56, 2,200 9mm or 250 12 Gauge in the M2A1. Those numbers go down to 600 rounds of 5.56, 1,200 9mm or 140 12 Gauge for the M19A1.
A milspec ammo can’s chief benefit is its rubber seal. Latch either of these cans’ lids shut and they become safely submergible for over 24 hours. Under normal storage conditions they are able to lock out atmospheric moisture practically indefinitely.
These ammo cans are made in America with our favorite material that is also a musical genre: metal – specifically steel, which is durable enough to survive getting dropped, beat up, and even backed over by a pickup truck. (You will not receive one of the cans we backed over for testing purposes.)
